After 25 years in senior corporate HR roles, I walked away from the global titles to do something more meaningful: helping businesses and individuals navigate the people side of work with clarity, confidence and practical support.
I’m an HR consultant, licensed private investigator, and certified coach. Warm and direct — you’ll always get a straight answer. Based in Whangamatā, I work with clients across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and throughout New Zealand, both in person and remotely.

What does an HR consultant do?
An HR consultant supports businesses and individuals with anything to do with people and work — from employment agreements and performance management through to workplace investigations and HR strategy. I work across all of these areas, practically and without jargon.
What is fractional HR and do I need it?
Fractional HR means having access to a senior HR professional on a part-time or as-needed basis — without the cost of a full-time hire. It suits businesses with 5–100 employees who need HR support regularly but not every day. If you’re regularly unsure how to handle people situations in your business, it’s worth a conversation.
I'm a business owner. Can I use you as a sounding board?
Absolutely. Sometimes you just need to talk something through with someone who knows employment law and has seen it all before. No formal engagement needed, just get in touch and we'll have a conversation.
